Self Load Concrete Mixer
The self load concrete mixer's key components, such as the performance of the host, screw conveyor, main controllor and pneumatic components having
been quite stable. Take the mixing blades for example, it adopts the special wear-resistant alloy of high chromiummanganese. And the shaft bearing takind specific
multiple seal or gastight as the sealing form, greatly enhance the reliable performance of the
host. We use wear resisting steel plate to strengthen the position, which usually
being shocked and worn, such as the discharging hopper and interim hopper.
We adopt vulcanization adhesion at the joint of the ring belt. The annular belt
joint vulcanization adhesive, so that the working life is 3 times more than that
linking by steel riveting method. This is the precondition for high reliability.
